Lens Edging Machine

Huvitz HPE-910

Premium automatic lens edging machine

.

A premium automatic lens edging machine offering high processing speed and a wide range of configurations, including up to 7 bevel types, grooving, and rimless processing. Suitable for complex and sport frame designs.

Flexible Configuration

The HPE-910 can be configured according to laboratory needs and adapted for various lens materials such as plastic, polycarbonate, high-index, and mineral lenses, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.

The machine supports up to 7 types of facets and a cord module. It can also be equipped with a milling module and a drilling module, allowing processing of a wide range of frames.

Depending on the lens material, the configuration of the wheels and tools can be adjusted for optimal processing of plastic lenses, polycarbonate, high-index materials, and mineral (glass) lenses.

Thanks to this modular and material-oriented configuration, the HPE-910 offers reliable and efficient operation, tailored to the specific requirements of each laboratory.

Smart Retouch Mode

The Retouch Mode enables intelligent fine adjustment of processed lenses, allowing return to up to 5 previous jobs without restarting the entire process, saving time and materials.

The system allows you to go back up to 5 previous orders in case of missed steps such as polishing, drilling holes, or selecting the size or type of facet, without the need to restart the entire process. This facilitates corrections, saves time and materials, and increases efficiency in daily operations.

Intelligent control of facet and cord positioning with 2D and 3D visualization

After the filler system measures the lens shape and curvature, the software performs precise calculations and provides a 2D and 3D visualization of the facet or cord before actual processing. The system offers several execution options, tailored to the geometry of the lens and frame.

Automatic and manual modes ensure optimal positioning, secure fitting, and consistent results.

Individual modes are also available, based on:

For each of these options, the system automatically takes into account the shape and curvature of the frame, as well as the thickness of the lens, to ensure optimal positioning, stable fitting, and consistent results.

In manual mode, the operator has full control, allowing precise adjustment of the position of the facet or cord relative to a reference point or surface, enabling fine-tuning for specific frames and individual requirements.
